Uniform
The 138th continue to use kilts as a principal element of the uniform. A kilt bank operates and scouts can pay £40 to join the bank (£30 is refundable should they leave the group)
Kilts cannot be guaranteed, so it may fall to parents to secure the use of a kilt for their son/daughter.
